The manufacturer Sharkoon has announced the launch of four new models of medium size boxes to turn the Rebel9 Pro Economy Rebel9 Pro Value, Rebel9 Aluminum and Nightfall. Relatively similar, these cases all have identical dimensions, ie 455 x 202 x 440 mm with a weight of 6 kg. With a steel chassis, they have a mounting system requiring no tools and all have eSATA connectors, USB 2.0 and audio.

If the Economy Rebel9 Pro arrives without a fan, Value series includes two 120 mm respectively for the front as well as rear with 250 mm on the side. The rebel9 Aluminum and Nightfall are in turn enclosed with an individual 120mm fan in front. At last we note the presence in the case of Nightfall a detachable cage for up to five hard drives in 3.5 inch format. The Pro Rebel9 Economy Rebel9 Pro Value, Rebel9 Aluminum as well as Nightfall are much awaited to recommended rates of respectively 45.99 euros, 59.90 euros, 59.90 euros and 49.99 euros.
