Samsung has just introduced the first netbooks with a modem LTE, the N150, NB30, and N220.

An interesting netbook

These netbooks are not new. They have been sold by the firm, but those presented at the Mobile World Congress had a module over 4G. They all incorporate an Atom N450 (1.66GHz), 1GB of RAM, a matte 10.1-inch screen with a resolution of 1 024 x 600, and a hard disk 5 400 rpm 160 GB or 250 GB following the model, a module Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 and 3G HSDPA. They also have 6 cell battery autonomy of more than ten hours depending on the manufacturer, 3 USB ports and can carry Windows XP or Windows 7.

Manufacturers ahead of the operators

The Korea has not given price or availability date. I must say that if these netbooks are interesting and flows in LTE are promising ( "50 Mbit / s for the first terminal LTE), it will take that operators bring their infrastructure up to date, which should not arrive before another two years.
