Thread: Sharkoon: a double dock SATA USB 3.0

Three months after unveiling its first USB 3.0 dock, the manufacturer Sharkoon has announced the launch of a new model, the SATA QuickPort Duo USB3.0.

Showing dimensions of 132 x 148 x 72 mm, this dock has two interfaces to the new USB 3.0 standard (of course retro-compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1). It can accommodate two SATA hard drives (or as many SSD) in 2.5-inch or 3.5 inches. Already marketed, the SATA QuickPort Duo USB3.0 is shown a suggested retail price of 59.90 euros.
