The California Corsair CeBIT to present a new case Obisidian...
Corsair was presented at CeBIT last year's Obsidian 800D "the perfect body" by engineers from California. What can we do better than perfection? Perfection, but less expensive. This is probably the target of the Obsidian 700D, which will be presented in Hanover this year. We have obtained details of this new model which measures 609x609x229 mm and weighs 15.8 kilograms. It is designed primarily steel with aluminum front panel. The latter reveals six pitches of 5.25 inches of which are used as a control panel.
There are two audio jacks, one FireWire and four USB 2.0 ports. The Obsidian 700D bear at least six hard drives / flash 3.5 or 2.5 inches. It retains the key features of its big brother, the removable panel on the back of the motherboard that allows you to install a large heat sink easily, and cable management products. Three 140mm fans are provided (one top, one rear and one front). The Corsair Obsidian 700D is guaranteed two years. He added in the coming months, probably at a lower rate than the 800D, available from 259 € in our comparator.
