Unveiled last month, the C25-G3 Sandisk should soon make its appearance in Europe and the United States. The SSD is available in capacities of 60 and 120 GB, loads of MLC NAND flash memory and has a 3 Gbps SATA interface. The controller used and the amount of cache available, however, are unknown.


Supporting the TRIM command, it displays G3, according to the manufacturer, maximum speeds of 220 Mb / s read and 120MB / s write. The MTBF reaches for his 2 million hours. Guaranteed 10 years, the C25-G3 should be available at 230$ for the 60GB version and 400$ for the 120GB model.
