Thread: MSI: two mini PC Pine Trail

The manufacturer MSI has launched two new mini PC platform based on Pine Trail, Wind Box DE220 and DC220. Showing dimensions of 291 x 223 x 60 mm, these mini computers are available in two colors (black or blue). Relatively quiet (less than 24 dBA), they use - according to MSI - 90% less energy than a typical PC.

No big surprise at the specifications since found an Atom processor D410 (or D510 Atom, depending on the version); up to 4 GB of memory, HDD of 160 GB, a memory card reader and chipset included graphics GMA 3150. The DE220 also has a Mobility Radeon HD 4300. The dissimilarity between these two models does not stop there as the DE220 has VGA and HDMI outputs, while the DC220 is just a single VGA output. Give with Windows 7 Home Premium, DE220 and DC220 have yet to price or availability date.
