InFocus has introduced three new LCD screens of 42 "(INF 4201), 55 (INF5501) and 65 (INF6501) for professionals. They cost $ 1 400 (approx. 1 000), 2 $ 300 (approx. 1 700 ) and $ 7 500 (approx. 5 500) respectively.
Features
Having all resolution 1 920 x 1 080, they have an antiglare coating, a 5000:1 contrast and brightness of 450 cd / mē. There are two HDMI ports, a VGA port and a Component port, a port Composite and SVideo ports.
Market place
When asked why buy one of these screens rather than a standard TV, the answer is that certain professionals need a monitor with more accurate colors and contrast greater than typically found on the market.
Furthermore, the ability to display two images side by side from two different sources, the anti burn in order to avoid problems related to displaying a static image for a very long time or the presence of a RS232 port to connect the device to an external monitoring system should appeal to the niche provided by InFocus. It regrets that the resolution and the price of 65 "to make a model to avoid having regard for the public and competing models.
