An agreement worth $ 600 million including the signed contract and the stock exchange has been signed with the company Dassault Systems, IBM. The company Dassault Systems is the 3D design solutions and controls lifecycle with IBM have agreed to integrate sales and technical support to IBM's PLM business unit of DS software specialist to ensure PLM. El Banschaft, former Vice President IBM Global Division PLM Solutions, has been appointed Executive Director of Dassault Systems branch in America. In this position, Banschaft responsible for integrating, operating and developing the business strategy of Dassault Systems branch in America.

IBM and Dassault Systems decided to expand long-term partnership and toward their joint venture global. Under the terms of the agreement were not announced, IBM and DS continue to make joint investments in outsourcing, implementation and support resources for PLM customers, orders to contractors in the country. Both the two companies are working to strengthen and expand cooperation in the field to earn professional services, cloud computing technology to ensure software and equipment as well as the scheme provides financial sales and distribution software.
