If we are to think certain sources, maker Gigabyte has in his files latest model of high-end motherboard based on Intel's X58 chipset and thus intended for Intel Core i7 socket LGA1366 on. With six DDR3 connectors, this card has a total of seven PCI-Expresses x16, compatible with SLI technology and AMD's CrossFireX.
The X58A-UD9 is his name also seems cut out for overclocking, as evidenced by the two power connectors 8-pin present on the PCB. We also note the presence of many SATA connectors and Ethernet controllers and audio. It therefore remains to get the price of the toy, and date of availability.
