Intel which designs and manufactures more motherboards decided to withdraw from one of the largest markets in the world, China. Indeed, the company withdrew most of its motherboards references to China in the last six months and focuses on emerging markets like India.

Officially, the reason is simple: the constructor is not intended to be a major manufacturer and prefers that other manufacturers offer products suited to the processors. But in emerging countries, the easiest way to launch a chip is obviously to move the associated motherboard. Ett always according to Intel Chinese market is mature and able to do without a player like Intel.

Informally, the transition to a design that Foxconn is the root cause of this departure, as sales declined since the outsourcing of design. In fact, many people hesitate to buy an Intel when the design is the same as that of other manufacturers.

Intel no longer remains a major manufacturer that was a time even though the motherboards of the firm are reliable and generally well designed and that the latest generation offer as many features as competing manufacturers, at least in the high end.
