The first Chrome OS-based device will be launched by Acer in 2 weeks, as said by a report by VentureBeat Thursday.
Acer is only one of Netbook manufacturers that dedicated to working with Google on the OS. In November, Dell showed a show of Chrome OS on a Mini 10V Netbook, but said it was still "evaluating" it.
What is not completely clear is how the Chrome and Android operating system coexist now. Chrome OS former in relation to Netbooks smartbooks, and tablets, and Android has the power as a mobile operating system for smartphones.
However, Android also said size of Dell and others working for the tablets also. Finally Chrome OS and Android will merge, and said Google co-founder Sergey Brin. But what will happen in the meantime is a bit cloudy.
