Google change the Mac version of Chrome out of beta and into what it calls a "stable" channel, sense that it believe the browser hard sufficient for day-in-day-out use.
The company too did the similar for both the Linux and Windows versions.
"We consider that Chrome offers not only the stability, presentation and shine that every Mac consumer imagine, but also a faultless inhabitant Mac application practice that Mac users will feel immediately at home with," said Mike Smith, a Chrome product manager, in an access on Google's Mac-oriented blog.
Google entrance a beta of Chrome on the Mac in December 2009, running during some updates prior to today.
"Something that Google can do to specify that Chrome is manufacture ready is significant," said Sheri McLeish, a forecaster who coat browsers for Forrester Research.
"Historically, Google has had extended beta cycles, sometimes with no a clear end point, so this offers some assurances, particularly to venture, that they're driving the browser. It should give IT more assurance in Chrome."
