The newest brouhaha among the two competitors stems from novel language in terms iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad developers should concur to.
Ad analytics collection is forbidden if not it is "supply to an independent advertising service supplier whose main business is serving mobile ads," Apple's modify terms read.
"For instance, an advertising service supplier owned by or allied with a developer or dispenser of mobile devices, mobile operating systems or development situation other than Apple would not be eligible as independent."
That seems to bar mobile ad corporation AdMob, the corporation Google obtain in late May for a reported 0 million, from Apple's devices.
And that encouraged AdMob creator Omar Hamoui to discharge back.
"This modify is not in the finest interests of client or developers," said Hamoui. "Fake barriers to rivalry hurt clients and developers and, in long run, stall technical progress."
