HP is planning to buy HyperSpace, a streamlined version of Linux, permuting users to surf the internet, view photos or check e-mail only a few seconds after opening the PC. This operating system can run on netbooks, notebooks and desktops. HyperSpace Phoenix was designed to be used instead of Microsoft Windows operating system takes 30 seconds or more to boot.Phoenix said the deal worth 12 million $ expected to be completed end of these month. HP wills also planning to buy related applications HyperCore.

HP has provided software called Quick Start and Mini netbook QuickWeb in its Pavilion laptop. HP says no plans to use the applications of how Phoenix. Phoenix is known language BIOS vendor, and their focus will continue to work towards this.

as said by Charles King, principal analyst of Pund-IT, HP would likes to apply new technologies to mobile devices and this is an acquisition less risk and less expensive. He said with the appearance of the PC table, the question is whether there exists a netbook is not sustainable. HyperSpace will at first be used in PCs, but HP may have a plan to combine this software with the OS for personal use WebOS for Tablet PCs.
