Intel launches its new Atom processors D425 and D525, two processors correspondingly single and dual-core with an included DDR3 memory controller. 45nm, the D425 and D525 are therefore change the current D410 and D510 that are they limited to DDR2.They are clocked at 1.80 GHz, embark 512KB L2 cache per core and feature a TDP of 10W and 13W for the D425 to D525. These 2 processors are of course for nettops and other low-power PCs. The unit price per 1000 of these 2 CPUs is unfortunately not known.
