Microsoft's Windows Azure and Amazon's Elastic Compute Cloud undertake two extremely dissimilar cloud computing technology troubles but are intended to follow each other above time, Microsoft cloud official Tim O'Brien says.

While Windows Azure is a platform-as-a-service cloud, giving developers the tools they require constructing and deploying Web applications, Amazon EC2 is chiefly an infrastructure-as-a-service cloud, contribution on-demand access to customizable effective machine instances.
