A Web hosting service supplier has blamed PC manufacturer Dell Inc. of selling thousands of desktop PCs in spite of meaningful the machines restricted defective components, as per the newly unsealed court documents.
The court documents, unsealed in a civil case filed alongside Dell in Federal District Court in North Carolina, accuse that workers of the PVC manufacturer had previous knowledge that the corporation's OptiPlex PCs sold to clients were probable to break.
Dell dispatched around 11.8 million OptiPlex PCs among the May 2003 to July 2005 period that were at risk of failing since of the defective components, as per the unsealed court and interior documents. Dell sold OptiPlex desktops to corporations and business customers as well as Wal-Mart and Wells Fargo.
