Thread: Microsoft IE 9 beta in September.

Microsoft has confirmed its plans to issue the public beta of Internet Explorer 9 for the month of September, in which without any official declaration of the company in Redmond on the exact date.

Among the new features the next version of Internet Explorer should find a new download manager and add-ons, and a strengthened support for HTML5, on which as expected is taking place and will take place the next time the "browser war" between the major developers this kind of basic software.

Internet Explorer 9 engine, but these previews used a simple, bare-bones interface; the company wanted to wait before revealing Internet Explorer 9's look and feel. If the new browser really is just a minor evolution of the old browser's interface, that decision seems a little peculiar.
