The monetary terms of the gaining were not disclosed.

Datacap will complement IBM's portfolio of applications. These applications are affecting companies in their choice making process of improving competitiveness by operating solutions and more advanced information as well as optimized support processes and meet the norms by the system ECM (Enterprise Content Management - Enterprise Content Management) and other control devices the most advanced work. Under the plan, all shares of Datacap and staff will join Software Solutions Division of IBM - IBM Software Solution Group and became a business unit of system control program of enterprise content.
