For three weeks the leaders of the twitter Microsoft Hardware titillate the curiosity of their followers by distilling partial picture of new products mysteries, along with cryptic sentences. And if the first two photos were clearly set, the story published yesterday is more strange. It shows a dense object, it seems in profile, with a pad and a button.
A German reseller has to spoil the suspense that gently sent up by publishing Microsoft Hardware (temporarily) very detailed specifications on what is the Arc Mouse Touch. The product is both disappointing and surprising. Disappointing because the name "Touch" is due to a small area in the middle of the mouse acting as a scroll wheel (not enough to compete with an Apple Mouse Magic). Surprising because the mouse is composed of two zones, one can curl arch or flatten out completely "for easy storage" Microsoft says.
Only use will show whether this concept is truly useful or ergonomic, but the rest of the mouse is in any case very unusual: only two buttons, sensor and wireless Blue track owner. So, yes, it turns out that Microsoft, it never leaves home without a mouse.
