The instant search feature unveiled on Google.com page in early September is creeping into the Chrome browser. Indeed, users of the software have quickly become accustomed to typing their queries directly from the Omnibox, which includes both the functionality of a conventional address bar and a search engine. At the end of last month, the developers had introduced Instant Google Chromium in for Windows.
When the user types the first letters of a URL, the browser starts with real-time refresh a query on Google. Once the extension of the domain name before, it is automatically loaded. To activate the feature you had to go in the hidden settings of your browser by typing about: labs in Omnibox. In the latest version of Chromium for Windows, the option is now available directly from the preferences menu. If you use Mac OS X then it is also possible to test this feature by downloading the latest version of Chromium. For a preview here's a little demonstration
