According to some rumors that are circulating on the net in the last hour, it seems that Apple has launched the first comparisons with Spotify, a company that deals with disbursement of a music streaming service in Europe, with the aim of exploring a possible acquisition .
According to information available, have not yet been submitted it 'it offers' an outline of conditions of agreement. The possible advantage of Apple against Spotify is anything but remote, because Apple has for some time thinking about a music streaming service for its cloud-based iTunes, with the objective of allowing the user to access their music library from any connected device.
Recall that in the latter part of last year, Apple has acquired Lala, a company committed to streaming music, with the aim of laying the foundations for a streaming service, along the lines of how the acquisition of Four led to the launch of the Wireless Network I Ad advertising. It 's interesting to note that, according to sources, the time that Apple has completed the acquisition of service Lala, Spotify and Google were close to the signing of an acquisition agreement.
The negotiations, however, would arrive in a stalemate since the intention was to make Google all the agreements that Spotify had formed with the various music labels, but would cease as a result of its acquisition and thus have forced Google to have engage in new negotiations with each situation. This particular clause, however, should not be critical for Apple, since Apple already has a series of agreements which it itself has made with the music labels to distribute music content via iTunes.
