The Internet giant Google is reportedly facing the biggest acquisition in its history. The Group offers a total of six billion dollars for the Internet coupon service Groupon, reported the industry specializing in the Internet online service called "All Things Digital" and the "New York Times on Tuesday. Google is thus prepared. An agreement could therefore be achieved even on Wednesday.
Groupon was only founded two years ago in the United States and is also active in Germany. In particular, small businesses such as restaurants, hairdressers and cinemas where they can sell discounted vouchers for deals each condition is that taking in a minimum number of interested parties on the deal. The website provides vouchers to date in 300 North American and European cities.
