Hewlett-Packard has brought in a new level of service for clients running critical business coverings on virtualized, x86-based hardware, the party announced Tuesday.
Called Critical vantage, the offering provides customers a committed team of engineers to help design and deal their x86-based virtual surrounds, said Flynn Maloy, HP worldwide director of technology serves marketing.
Customers are benefitting confidence in virtue and starting to use it for significant applications that they once believed only on Unix organizations, he said. But while virtualization can lower costs, it also gains complexity by creating more dependences among servers, networks and storage systems.
Critical Advantage is planned to help deal with that ramification. Customers are assigned a team of engineers, letting in a named account manager, bringing from one of HP's Global Mission vital Solution Centers.
