Thread: How to add Language and keyboard in Ubuntu

I wish to put in Marathi language in Ubuntu first of all I tried for system>administration>language support but from that I am receiving subsequent error.

Secondly I attempt throughout command line
root@Crayom:~# apt-get install ttf-indic-fonts

E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is one more procedure using it?

Please help me in fixing this problem

Sorry for incomplete reply. After you download language support go to the system>preferences>keyboard as well as add desired language.
