Thread: How do I make Initial scan file for PCI tuner?

I was trying to set up a DVICO hybrid DVB-T tuner PCI card by means of Linux ava-desktop 2.6.28-15-generic #52-Ubuntu SMP Wed Sep 9 10:49:34 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux. Driver cx8800 is installed Totem and me-TV detects the card as well as asks for an initial scan file. There is no file for my position offered in dvb-apps package w-scan version 2008 supported in Ubuntu show to scan but does not create any channels.

I would be extremely thankful for some suggestions?
