Have a compact disk of Ubuntu 9.10. And i am trying to set up it by booting from disc but if i go in to try Ubuntu or else fix Ubuntu a screen with white bars come up plus after that nothing happens for a long time is there some other way. I also tried using Wubi to set up in windows but it was also not functioning. But it worked in ma virtual box software. Can someone please help me to install Ubuntu?
