I recently set upped Ubuntu 9.10 on a USB Drive. Unluckily I made a fault by set upping the Grub boatloder on the Hard disk. Grub overwrote the Windows XP boatloader/MBR/boot sector - what forever?! , so that at this time I do have a "formal" dual boot when I roll on my PC, but when I want to begin Windows I only get thousands of GRUB lines on the screen as well as the computer runs into an overflow.

I tried to get well the Windows bootloader with the Win XP Setup/Installation disc except in the "R" / restore/repair mode it informed me that I don't enclose a hard drive.

Some suggestion how to work out this problem? If feasible I don't want to set up the complete harddrive.

Thank you in advance!
