Thread: Window XP is not working. Is it due to my LINUX Operating System

I have recently set upped Ubuntu 8.10 Desktop Edition after Windows XP on separate partition of my hard disk.

Both Operating Systems are running very well. But from 2-3 days as i applied various innovative features to my Ubuntu 8.10, my Windows XP is not running. From boot Screen when I choose "Window XP" after that only "Starting UP" is written as well as cursor blinks plus my window Xp is not able to load.

I am competent to make out my additional HDD partition from Ubuntu. Can someone help me to begin my window once more without formatting?

Also, When I aim to format as well as set Window XP installation Disc in DVD ROM , Only Blank screen appears. No selection comes for formatting.
