I just installed Ubuntu on my PC yesterday so I still know zero regarding it. I have 2 windows xp computers with 1 Ubuntu 9.10 computer on a network. The Ubuntu has a NTFS partition for additional storage space for the 2 windows. The partition has 2 folders. How would I let total access of 1 folder for each windows computer? Meaning 1 folder is for one windows and the other folder is for the other windows.

Another option I may have is deleting the partition mentioned above and making 2 partitions out of it, then sharing each partition like I'm wanting to do with the folders above.

One other note which I would feel much safer with because of household/business lack of security is to; let both windows computers connect with the Ubuntu but NOT with all other. (I do not like the idea of roommate being capable to access family business computer)

Thanks for any suggestions.
