I have installed XP in my PC and hide my main folder in it. But I heard that if my hard disk attaches to Linux OS then my hide folders will be shown in it. So suggest me any solution about this.

Anybody with physical access to system can there in all cases obtains data. Hidden is no value to any safety task.
You can view hidden files by doing simple steps given below.
1. In any folder, go to Tools and choose Folder Options
2. In Folder Options dialog box, click View tab
3. Go through list and choose Show hidden files and folders
4. Click Apply and then Ok. Folder must now visible.
Linux does not worry about how Microsoft "hides" folders. Linux able to show files unless they have been encrypted.
