Thread: Can't print anymore.

I have the newest version of Ubuntu 9.on both systems. In last night both could print work fine on both machine. Now, both machines still able to find the printer all of a sudden want passwords to authenticate. The printer never had a password set to it. Look like eccentric that both different systems would suddenly start asking for password. I tried different technique but none of the worked out. If you are having any suggestions then reply me. It can helpful to me.

I think you can do change in system. Have you installed any software in Windows or Ubuntu. I think you changed permissions anyplace, or customized your sharing in anyway.

I only permitted the normal updates to happen. I also tried uninstalling the printers. I think it has to be with the newest update to have it affect both systems.
