Possible way is to go to windows, and format to Linux piece from Disk management efficacy, you said, you have 3 Linux partition, then can also do it by logging in your correct Ubuntu system. This way you have fare chances that will not spoil boot loader, if it is Linux boot loader in MBR.
You would want to identify what exactly are partitions that need to save.
