    Default Difference between UNIX and Linux

    Hi. I am new in operating system world. I want to know what the difference between UNIX and Linux is. If you have any idea then please send it to me as soon as possible. Any help would be highly appreciated.

    • UNIX is the platform dependent the Linux is platform independent.

    • UNIX not support Tab key while Linux support Tab key.

    • UNIX not store Command history. Linux Store all their command history.

    • UNIX is not friendly while Linux is user friendly.
