If your 5MB uses only outside consultants for all its IT operations, then this isn't much of a consideration. But 5MBs that have internal IT staff will need to conŽsider these folks.

If your IT staff is entirely Windows oriented, you could wind up replacing everyone. Or paying for a variety ofLinux training classes. Either one comes with added expense that needs to be tallied into your cost comparison.
