Default Keyboard and Mouse ineffective in Linux.

I had to switch to Linux, but the keyboard or mouse I was using did not work. I tried the computer with a PS / 2 keyboard and USB mouse, but same thing happens. The system, said drivers had been blocked restricted. I knew he demonstrated the ability to unlock, but the keyboard and mouse do not work. Please let me know if there is a built-in method to overcome the problem. Thanks in advance.

There are various updates which are so soon out. Try out to update your Ubuntu. Perhaps you will be capable to sort this bug off. Also see if there is no graphics trouble, try out to take out the graphics card if any and later that test set up Ubuntu once again.
