Thread: Resuming network twists remotely.

I have a machine with various IP addresses with eth devices similar eth0, eth0:1, eth0:2, eth0:3. Can I continue exclusive eth0 without bringing kill eth0:1? It would be rattling favourable to be able to log in via SSH on eth0:1 and continue eth0 without protection myself out or not state competent to convey the network aft up. If I restraint eth0, faculty that automatically foreclose all the others?

I assume you can use ifconfig to continue a unique mesh port. When linked remotely via ssh to a Homburg tool I regularly do 'personnel meshing restart' without exploit kicked off (though that's on my intimate LAN not so some to an external server).
