Default Live Distro - Patronizing Linux Networking troubles.

Hi, I have two computers working Patronizing Linux, each with its own networking troubles. Both acquire open box.

One is 64bit, and I institute the driver for its wireless salutation but the papers Wi-Fi-Radar isn't finding any devices. Also, the mesh god fails at reboot up.

The otherwise is 32bit, and gets to the cyberspace, but when I try to run smbclient to deed Windows common folders it gives me the error NT_ACCESS_STATUS_DENIED. I was disagreeable smbnetfs, but its immortal was failing and it was sharing me the failure light: absent mountpointparameter.

Anyone experience how to fix these?

Ya buddy, regarding your no. emerge, take up some precise wrongness messages from the /var/log/syslog line. Ensure for daemon commencement failures. Depending on what you're using, it might be Avahi-daemon or others, etc. You should also lie for Wi-Fi-radar's config enter something along the lines of /etc/init.d/wifi-radar.conf. Otherwise conscionable GREP for it. You can also try dmesg to query whatsoever occurrence messages.

    Hello,

I reinstalled Windows on the second machine, so that's a moot inform. But yes, I had smb organized to the unsurpassed of my knowledge. The syslog enter is only display things affine to syslog-ng, and the exclusive target that has wifi-radar.conf in the obloquy is a /usr/share/man/man5/wifi-radar.conf.5. I've switched to autowifi, but that isn't employed either. I've searched finished some every conf line I can guess of/google, and nothing.

Thanks to reply, Afaik, I have Samba entire installation. Addition, I don't have GNOME or anything, just Open box. I dunno how NFS is concerned to the default option Network daemon and Autowifi.

Hmm, if you can access net than wireless is functioning.

Trouble must be that server side is regaining access.
