Thread: Ineffective run Arch Linux.

Hi I was running on a Acer laptop for a couple of weeks and was not impressed enough. I like the way it is customizable, however, some small problems with the installer, and (in my opinion) of low quality in many of the packages available rubbed me the wrong approach. It is certainly a nice distribution that fills its own position, not just for me. On a side note, if you want a Gentoo-like, why not use Gentoo?

Hi thanks for your response to my question. Several years ago (I was running Fedora Core 4), having started my Linux experience and tried to install Gentoo in many ways does not hurt. I decided to stay with the facilities of the graphical user interface for a while until I got more confident.
