Default Duda to copy files in linux

I want ubuntu to copy files from a folder within folders that are on the same route. Ie copy of a destination folder with several folders that in turn are in the same folder in a single command line.

Hi all! I would like to know if it is possible to pass an operating system (ubuntu live) to a flash from a flash drive, and flash memory go to RAM and then boot the OS from RAM and work with the RAM. I have a diskless PC with 2GB flash memory and a flash drive that launches the Ubuntu live when pierced the pc. Currently what happens is that the OS loads from the flash drive, so it would be passed to flash memory first and then to the ram. Thanks and best regards!

A live system does is automatically loaded into RAM, you do not need anything else. Another thing is from the hard drive, which has nothing first loaded into RAM, and running applications as they'll go caching, so the first time you run an application, it loads from the hard disk entirely, however The second time will load instantly because he does it from ram. I recently happened I've been doing experiments, in addition to be oriented to increase the responsiveness of the system, were also aimed at improving the battery life of my netbook.

Man comes a bit pricey for the invention compared to a SSD but the gain in speed will be brutal.Does anyone have loaded the operating system on ramdisk

The gain with respect to a ssd is too large, but it is only profitable if you have your computer on for many hours because you have to copy the entire system into RAM for each start and you should keep in mind that it takes a while to beginning, because when you shut down your computer the contents of the RAM is lost. On the other side with respect to investment, do not think right now the memory is very cheap and you can ride for little 8 or more gigs of ram, an amount that you can mount the whole Linux system without any problems .
