Thread: Permission erroneousness into apache var/www folder on Linux mint

Recently I have set up Unix like great and experiencing it. My concern is with Authorization issue into apache var/www file. The /etc/httpd file does not are available. I desired to content my tasks into the /var/www file. Help me to fix this issue by in search of the /etc/httpd file. Also how can I retrieve/ switch it etc and fix the authorizations as I currently set the var file to 755?

According to me you must have shed the file. Just have a look around in /etc file if its not there in /etc/httpd/ file. It can also be in /etc/apache or etc/apache2 . The direction may me not appropriate because I do not know what look through deal with you have assigned to your tasks. So try looking in different files, it may take a little while. The permission 755 regarding should be good for /var or else you should try getting to /var/www index.
