Install Program for Windows from Linux

Good! Understand the title: Install Windows program under Linux, not Linux. That's it. Is there any way to do that? Or to clean the Windows registry from Linux? Is that I have a problem with nvlddmkm.sys, and I do not even come into Windows, turn off the monitor directly but nevertheless, the graph is fucked because right now the PC is turned on with a Ubuntu LiveCD. And I try to see if having a RegCleaner and install the Coolbits as I say here is fixed something.

And do not do a chroot to the partition from windows live, then chrooting install wine, configure wine to use windows partition itself as the main installation directory of programs, and facilities and those things you say.

Finally got Windows to boot once without problem, and I could pass the CoolBit RegCleaner and install, and so far has not failed over. I hope it was that xD .
