Thread: Ubuntu in Asus K52 or Asus A52 please suggest me about it.

Hello friends here i have several issues in Asus K52 / Asus A52. i do not know from where i can begin. touch pad hotkey operating, have seem issue, incapable to silence the presenter when headsets are connected in. graphic advantage down in web camera and there are many other element happend with Asus K52 / Asus A52 with Ie8. anyone else have any issue with this? please if anyone discovered anything which help me to fix this issue than please offer me.

To defeat your speaker trouble just download and setup the alsa-wood-linuxant and after set up it just restart. now i guaranteed you that speakers should mute as headphones are connected and any other trouble associated to sound should be solve.

I defeat the webcam matter. i just find out for the similar and determine single cipher which may be assist in your case also. so just try this cipher: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:libv4l/ppa && sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade . just operate this cmd and you get better settings here. .

To turn off the touch pad just try this: " xinput set-prop "ImPS/2 Logitech Rim Mouse" 125 0 ". this help in my situation. but here i have some issue with alsa individuals, After a restart I get new programs in alsamixer, as well new components in the pulseaudio amount applet. actually i have four feedback resources, and any of them is not performing, so my mic worthless now.
