    Default Continuous blocks in Ubuntu

Hi all, i begin in this world of Ubuntu, but I have a problem and that always hangs, crashes and do not leave anything, I can only restart the beast, say that the locks are at 5 minutes from turning on the computer 2 mins things like that, i have tried several versions of 32 the 10.04 64 bit 10.10 new 11.04 and nothing at all is the same, once I tried to install ati drivers for linux and nothing, i must say that everything is perfect in windows or hang one.

Would need to know if it hangs the system the kernel or graphical, when you get "fried" test-run the following key sequence, ALT + PrintScreen these, with the previous pressed, the pressing of one on one with one or two seconds apart reisub this sequence of keys returns control to the keyboard and generates a controlled reboot .

I think it's the second option Barton, graphic environment, are you sure it installed ati drivers, because what you say is it's painted graphics acceleration problem, run 'glxgears' and see if they're good gears.

Edit to comment that I was wrong about the freezing of the system that only responds to botonazo and it was because the driver did not accelerate the fan chart when I got to play nexuiz, so that was cooked, and came in a kernel panic perhaps, as you put ubuntu unity standard that uses graphics acceleration, the driver may not regulate the fan as it should, making the graphics take a very high temperature, causing the kernel panic.
