    Default Kubuntu user rights beyond

Hi people, unfortunately I found nothing I can use to restrict the right of a "normal" user so that only the Internet and office and even his own files can. Since I mainly by users surfing the Internet will not automatically have these rights system. For programming and installation work, I put myself then a second Users.

Well, I must prepare me about malicious programs less headaches, then only a FW and a browser install and set, because Konqueror file manager is more me than the browser.

Since kernel 2.6 iptables is the firewall implemented in the kernel, all you'll find anywhere on packages are graphical attachments and facilitate the use of iptables, basically you can but your "firewall" set up already with board funds. When Kubuntu browser Opera offers itself, since, as well as KDE, has been programmed with the QT framework, and so if you use non-statically-linked version can use the same libraries, which uses KDE as well, in addition, you will save you all the GTK libraries.
