    1) RAM: It stands for Random Access Memory. It is volatile kind of memory which needs electricity to flow to keep information. This kind of memory is utilized by PCs for processing programs. It has High Speed.

ROM: It stands for Read Only Memory. Primarily it is considered as part of eternally written data stored as memory. There are versions of this memory that are rewritten but it is then known as EPROM. ROM has Low speed.

    2) RAM is momentary memory with high cost and little size. It is impulsive kind of memory. They are considering as read or write memory and it is utilized by PC to process programs. It is utilized to run particular basic programs and functions that PC requires to work properly. Alternatively, ROM is permanent memory with low speed and bigger size. They are non-volatile memory and extra ROM chips are accessible in processor.

    3) RAM is type of memory that can read without having to start at first address, then second address, then third, and so on. RAM is temporary storage space, memory, high cost and small size. ROM is permanent memory, access speed is less and big size. ROM is precisely what name implies; it only read, not written to.
