Problem with blare driver on Intel Board

My PC has Pentium 4 2.4 GHz, 512 RAM, 40 GB HDD, Intel Desktop Board DQ45EK. When I listen songs it shows message that sound drivers not found and I unable to listen songs. So please tell me how to get Sound drivers. Any help will be appreciated.

Download sound drivers from Internet. If sound drivers are downloaded for Intel Desktop Board DQ45EK Drivers then download it from their official site rather than downloading from any other site.

I think OS is infected because of virus. So install original copy of OS. As sometime, with damage copies of OS also it can happen. Install registered copy of OS and then install all drivers that can be supported by Intel Desktop Board DQ45EK containing sound drivers.
