Thread: Two fan connectors for single fan

I have fanned that top rated power usage of fan connector on motherboard. Though I have two free fan connectors. If I attach fan to both connectors, will it small circuit or can it double available power? Please help me to solve this problem.

Use adapter and clasp it into power supply. The downside is will not be capable to notice and adjust it. What heck kind of fan did buy that exceeds motherboard specs? Link? CPU fan?

I consider this precisely why case manufacturers came out with all of those fancy cases with independent controllers.
