To do this you must also contain a BIOS that allow it, or use a program that can do it in window .... and it is not protected at all, but is probable.

Either you can hunt for a modded / hacked BIOS for your PC through google, try penetrating under the HP name and model or serial number if you can find it. Else find a BIOS that chains exactly to your motherboard if it is possible.
