OK this is not a fresh trouble, system not beginning is a large trouble with the fresh system and entire and you familiar when I purchased a new computer I confronted the similar trouble for one complete day and I was completely scared that this would be a big trouble for me now I have to assume it to the service center and entire but what I did is just maintained the system untouched for one complete day.

You can too test through reassembling each peripheral I mean you require to delete entire the components once and then set it again correctly and tightly and I imagine this would figure out your trouble there might be few loose link and all may be this figure out your trouble simply I desire for the excellent and would too say that such trouble can be still due to the error CPU board and if this would be the case you require a substitute.

Yes once when my friend confronted this trouble later a tough time we got out that this is the trouble with the CPU board and we require to change the CPU board and we went to the service center for this and asked them for alter they assured it and got the trouble with the manufacturing and his trouble was figured out I hope that you also remove this trouble through following the similar procedure best of luck.

Many time it has been got that there are sure trouble similar the power, link ram not supporting error ram or error CPU board and these trouble can be figured out by assuring them out one by one, this would let you afmiliar which of them is culprit and then you can function upon them, and you can assure it out through asking your friends to share up their peripherals and substitute it with yours and then figure out the trouble.

I imagine your CPU board have been a culprit for this you are correct they may have give you a error product and which requires to be substituted or there can be few trouble which would have been occure with your power setup it must have been with the high voltage and it must have blown away your CPU board in this case.
